"Fiona spent quality time with me on the phone to State Farm Claims Dept acquiring answers that had been asked and not responded to to date. She was persistent with the claims rep and got them to commit to when they would pick up my car at the tow yard and bring it to Romano Toyota Collision Service (by end of day 2/19/25) Also acquired a direct phone number to Morgan Williams, my assigned rep to my claim. I’d asked her for her number previously and she didn’t provide it. Fiona eased the frustrations I had in dealing with claims automated system which leaves a lot to be desired as a customer!
